Here, you’ll create and store a list of all your knowledge bases, each of which can contain multiple documents of different types.
Supported file types are pdf, docx, pptx, xlsx, md, markdown, txt, json, htlm.
It’s important to note that a single knowledge base can be used by multiple Agents, giving you the flexibility to mix and match later on.
Remember
Keep the content relevant and current, follow the principle of “less is more”.
Too much or irrelevant data can confuse the Agent and impact its accuracy.
