This is the central place to keep all necessary information and knowledge organized, relevant and up-to-date.
Here, you’ll create and store a list of all your knowledge bases, each can contain multiple documents of different types.
Supported file types are pdf, docx, pptx, xlsx, md, markdown, txt, json, htlm.
It’s important to note that a single knowledge base can be used by multiple Agents, giving you the flexibility to mix and match later on.

The knowledge base description is critical to how your Agent behaves.
👉 It directly affects how well the Agent understands when to use it and how accurate its responses will be.
The description should contain:
- Clear description of what information is included
- Topics and use cases it covers
- Type of questions it should answer
