Phone Numbers
A single hub for all the phone numbers your Agents use to answer calls.
Pre-requisite to have the numbers available here is to have your SIP trunk configured and connected to MimerAI.
We take care of that part on our client's behalf. For more information or test numbers you can contact us hello@mimerai.com.
Using the button Add phone number you can simply make the number availabe for further assignment to an Agent.

Please Note
The phone number is assigned to an Agent within Agent's Telephony tab.

Once a number is available, you can quickly make changes or delete it if needed.
